Lovely shot. Most people wouldn't have taken the time to shoot a weathered butterfly. I think it has great character. I'm glad you took the shot.

@danthro: The butterflies were kept in an enclosed cage which maintained the humidity that these butterflies required to survive. So i suppose the wings are damaged by contact with the metal cage.
